Fayette Veterinary Hospital provides all the necessities to provide your pet with the best possible preventative medicine.  Complete line of dental care needs, including in office dental cleanings for your pet.  We offer a full line of prescription diets for the care of healthy pets or pets with specific dietary needs.  Radiology (X-ray), EKG, complete blood count, serum chemistries, urine and fecal analysis, tests for heartworms, feline leukemia, feline immunodeficiency virus, pregnancy, Brucellosis are all laboratory tests that can be performed in our office.  We have a well stocked, in hospital pharmacy to ensure that medications are on hand when your pet needs them.  We also have multiple sources for hard to find medications or specially formulated drugs.   Our surgical suite is well equipped with many state of the are monitoring devices to help insure your pet's safety.  We are able to perform a wide range of procedures from neutering to c-sections to orthopedic procedures.  We have separate isolation areas to treat animals with contagious diseases to prevent the spread of disease to our healthy patients.  We also have mobile veterinary treatment for treatment of large animals and in home pets care.

Fayette Veterinary Hospital has moved into the 21st century with the addition of a laser.  The use of a laser makes surgery less traumatic on pets by causing less swelling, less pain, and less bleeding. 

 
We do most all of our tests in house.  What we are unable to do, our outside lab can perform for us usually overnight.  This aids in quicker diagnosis and treatment for your pet.

Preventative Medicine
       Annual physical examinations along with a comprehensive vaccination and parasite control program is the best insurance for a healthy pet.

Dental Care
        Proper tooth care is vital to a pet's overall health. We recommend your pet undergo an ultrasonic cleaning and oral examination every 6 months.

Prescription Diets
        Well managed nutrition can extend your pet's life and can actually prevent diseases which many breeds are predisposed to.  We offer a line of exceptional quality foods balanced for your pets specific needs.  This includes varieties formulated for weight loss or gain, food allergies, diabetes, bladder stones, and numerous other conditions.

        When an injury or illness occurs, we are equipped to provide a thorough evaluation - a necessity for proper treatment in a timely manner.  This includes:
